With Extension Booster out, I'll make the honor of making this card the first new EB card getting review.
Anyway, Gengaozo, long waited to be reprint (The old version is pretty bad IMO), piloted by the crazy Fuala Griffon in late V Gundam. Since it gives Uso so much trouble in the anime, we'll see what so good about it.
First, this card, like the 2 other "big" Zanscare Unit (Gottrlatan (At least the MBC one) and Rig Contio), it's a 6-cost Unit. What you get?? Well, 5/3/5 is nothing too extraordinary for 2-6-1, so.
Look into its effect: Prevent(4)...pff...I don't even know any big card that don't have at least Prevent(3) nowaday.
Next, Raid, well, it's ALWAYS useful against stupid idiot who think they can get away with chump blocking. Not to mention, with Raid, it's MUCH easier to actually deals battle damage to opponent's Nation (for the 3rd effect).
Lastly, Psycommu(3) create more destruction than already necessary. Even though you'll need an NT for this (Fuala is the obvious primary choice, Scirocco works also), this effect isn't really necessary with the way this card destroy things.
Now, we'll look into the "true" effect: First part, require <<2.6>>, means that you can put a Bell Coin on an opponent's non-G whenever you play a card onto the field. What's that mean? Well, Unit is obvious, Operation is also obvious, but remember, you also play G as well. So, given that you somewhat have a stable G drawing, you should be able to get at least 2, maybe even more Bell coins onto opponent's card.
One synergy you can use with this effect is with Green U-208 (JR's HM Gyan), which guarantee you to put at least 1 Bell Coin on opponent's non-G / turn. (Just bounce HM Gyan each turn, even if it waste you Unit play). Also, the new Fuala from EB also put Bell Coin on an opponent's Unit, along with helping this card to dealing damages to opponent's Nation (i.e. sending opponent's Reroll Unit into the Battle Area this card is not in).
Now, with all those Bell Coin, what's the use of them? Well, with the first part trying to spread those Bell Coin around, the 2nd part is obviously trying to do something with it. Well, whenever this card deals battle damage to opponent's Nation (Not exactly hard, as this card have Raid), you'll create a big destruction of a bunch of cards on opponent's field. Obviously, you can't touch the Gs, but this effect basically destroy around 1 opponent's card, maybe even 2 cards, per turn. Not to mention, this effect doesn't have any NP requirement, means you're always free to clear field with this card + [Jaburo's Wind] to create HUGE havoc on opponent's side.
Now, a short comparison with the existing Black destruction king (queen?), MBC Gottrlatan: This card can sometimes destroy more than 1 cards per turn (but can also be 0 card), and doesn't have the "no set card" requirement (means you don't have to waste 2 attack to destroy an Unit with a character set onto it), while Gottrlatan guarantee that you can destroy a card per turn. Gottrlatan can begin doing stuff by itself at the turn it comes into play (it have quasi-Reroll In), while this card pretty much HAVE to wait until the next turn to start the havoc. Gengaozo, though, have extra effect in Psycommu AND most importantly, have Prevent (Getting your Gottrlatan counted is not fun at all), and is less strict on resource (2 Designated NP v. 3, 1 resource v. 2) while all it lost is 1 Shooting Strength. Another thing, though, is that Gottrlatan start destroy things BEFORE your opponent can even react, while for this card, you opponent can still do SOMETHING before you kick the damage in.
RATING: 8.6/10 - This card, obviously, is one of those "bomb" card that you play to win a game. True, no matter what it seems, this card seems to be somewhat dependent. But remember two things - first is playing G is already enough to fulfill its first requirement, and 2nd, you just can't be too greedy (i.e. destroy 3 cards per turn). Otherwise, with Fuala gone insane with its Bellsound start "corrupting" pilots and make the go crazy while this card begin to destroy them 1 by 1, your opponent is living on limit term before eventually, this card and its sidekick (Standard Black Control card) begins to kick in and annilihate opponent in no time.
