Well, back with another card review.

This time, I'll look at a quite-old Black character, and it's no one but the super-sinister Paptimus Scirocco himself.

Anyway, first, this card is a 5-cost Character. This put it at the same level as the "ace of ace" (Various EF Gundam pilots, Char/Gato, Haman, etc.). 2-5-0 for 2/2/2, well, it's almost a standard for the best pilots out there...

M/Ad/NT is nothing too special. Maybe being NT means that he can use Psycommu, but that's really it.

Now, let's look into the effect.

First, this card has Prevent(9), which means that outside of something like [Space Ruler], it's nearly impossible to counter this card. But then, if no one within Titans can stop his ambition, I don't see how opponent can.

Next, when he's in play, all opponent's Unit gains -1/-1/-1. First look at this effect, it may not be anything special against anything but Weenie. But one thing, though, every Units basically now attack for 1 less power, and their defense decrease as well. Not to mention, combo this w/ [Pallas Athene], it's possible to kill off numerous opponent's Unit without much hesitation. Against Weenie, things get even crazier - this + [Zeon's Cleansing Operation] can kill off basically all Units in Weenie deck without character set onto them. Not to mention, chances are their shooting become 0 and sometimes, can even hope their defense = 0.

Otherwise, next effect is a situational "Immobile" effect. There's the requirement of having another Unit on the field. One thing, though, is that if you have another Units when opponent use Mass Removal like [Postlude] or [Intimidation], this card won't go anywhere as another Unit still exist. Otherwise, this effect apply to all of your Unit that have a character set onto them, so, if you use more characters, more Unit would become "immobile", and the possibility of opponent getting rid of your Unit become slimer and slimer.

RATING: 8.5/10 - While this card still has flawes in its effect (I mean, if it doesn't, it's almost a 10/10...), it's one of the most solid Black character as it combines control element (-1/-1/-1 IS control...) and anti-Control ("Immobile") in one card. In the end, this card can be use in numerous deck ranged from Black Control to higher-curve Black Mid-Speed to various other deck.
