Effect: Quick Special Shield(1)
(Auto D): When another one of your [DOM Trooper] comes into play, reroll all your [DOM Trooper].
(Battle Phase): <<0>>All other [DOM Trooper] in this card's detachment gains +2/+2/+2 until End of Turn.

Well, this time we'll look into quite recent (Although it's not exactly a new card), DOM Trooper from GSD.

First, being a 4-cost card = Best suit to a Mid-Speed deck. 2-4-2 for 3/2/3 is normal stats for most card. Consider one thing, though, this card is a White card. Since all the 5 original W Gundam + original PS Armor Gundam are 4-cost, yet have much bigger stats, this stats is not going anywhere if you're going White.

Next, SS(1) is nothing too special (All things with Beam Shield = SS(1) anyway...), but this card has Quick, which means I can just drop this card anytime. Not too bad for those Mid-Speed decks.

Next, go into the Auto effect: Basically, if means that whenever another DOM Trooper comes out, you can reroll all of them. Good? Well, consider that only 3 copies of DOM Trooper can exist in a deck, it's not exactly the easiest things to do just to get a 2nd DOM Trooper out. But consider that DOM Trooper have Quick, though, this can be deadly if one can pull it off.

Next, go into the Battle Phase activate effect. It basically boost all your other DOM Trooper's stats (Or, the copycat "Jet Stream Attack"). Consider that you'll only use this effect if another [DOM Trooper] exist, you can already turn this card into a much bigger unit having 2 on field. The stats boost is very good also, as +2/+2/+2 is quite rare to be find (Especially together...it's always either +2/+0/+0, +2/+2/+0, +2/+0/+2, etc.). If you do the math, if you can get 2 [DOM Trooper] out, then use effect of both [DOM Trooper], you get 2 5/4/5 (Which is the same stats as a Gottraltan, a 6-cost Black Unit) that can deals 9 damage to opponent. If you have 3 = No comment...3x 7/6/7 is not fun to deal with. The problem with this effect? It can NOT boost itself. Again, consider that only 3 [DOM Trooper], at most, can be use in a deck, it's not the easiest thing to even get them out as you have to get around both Counter (of Red), then when hits the field, can always be Burn (Even though it has SS(1)...) or Destroy ([Gundam (Titans Color] and stuff).

RATING: 6.7/10 - This card has its potential, but being way too limit to itself hurts, as its effect become situational such that it get very hard to pull them off, and in the end, doesn't take much effort to break it apart either. But, having the potential of destroy almost half of opponent's Nation in a successful direct hit (given that you have the luck to pull 3 [DOM Trooper] out) along with the easiness to get it out once you can draw them creates some potential for this card. Although this card won't be used just b/c better White Units with the same cost DO exist, its art is always good and it's always one of those card that'll be a VERY good collection.
