Effect: [Restrict to 1]
(Auto A): This card cannot be target of opponent's card effect with Total NP cost of 5 or less.
(Auto D): Everytime an opponent's Command card resolved, do X damages to an opponent's Unit. The value X is equal to that Command's Total NP Cost.

Let's get into the double header. The second card we would look at today is the 3rd-most expensive card from Set 16 (#1 = Strike Freedom, #2 = Shining Gundam), the beloved/behated "fake/copycat-Hyaku Shiki" of ORB driven by Cagalli and Mu.

(One reason for its popularity? One this is from SEED-D and two the golden frame Units are always popular, just look at Hyaku Shiki. Of course, second reason...read on)

First to the cost, 5 cost for a 5/2/6 Unit for White is like Normal (most of the time it's 5/2/5, two 6/2/6 but they're Freedom and Justice...). However, the Designate cost of 4 White makes this card pretty much unplayable outside of White deck.

At first, this card is a "legendary Unit" as like all the Gundam. The problem? Well, it means that you cannot put too much of this into a deck without risking "have Unit, cannot be play", right?

This card espeically. WHY? Because it can "almost never dies".

So let's look at the first effect, this card would not be target of any opponent's card costing 5 or less. The result? Cannot be destroy by Nuclear Weapon (OK, [Nuclear Bombardment], C-1 Black), cannot be steal, cannot be Postlude, not to even talk about most of the removal cards. Of course there're ways to kill this. One is in battle, two is discard/counter, and three is even higher cost card in [The O], [Gottraltan] and like. (Nope, text negation would not work either). Just this effect alone means this card have the power of Xi Gundam + Char, Cannon Zeta, etc.

But it don't stop here. The second effect makes this card even crazier effect. Opponent play Command that affect themselves (like draw cards and like)? No, he have to pay for that, and his Unit would be the first target of "reflection". Play a 6-cost or more Command just to destroy this card? No no...his Unit have to pay that also (not that there's much 6-cost or higher Commands...but yeah).

RATING: 9.7/10 - All I will say is, this card is a staple in any White deck that abuse big Units (other than Wing 0 Multi, but that deck can burn stuff faster than this). The first effect make this card invincible while the second would make opponent relutant to play a lot of Command. The only problem left is the lack of "Prevent(X)" and the chance of drawing this card. This is those "once out, half-game over finisher", and as a finisher, they have to be good. Without PS Armor can be good or bad (but this card just NEVER have PS in the anime...), good thing is it can not depend on those Cruisers but bad is the playing-sickness. At the end, if one can find space to include this in their White big-Unit deck and have enough money to buy one...do so.
