Comment: I finaly have find the time to bring you all my latest card review. Why it take so long this time? Well, I have to prepare everything on the tour...transportation, place(s) to stay, attraction planning, getting people to join... WAIT, it's suppose to be a tour to the Undead World, where only Undeads would join me. Oh dear heavenly lord.... Of course, as some people had notice, the crazy thing about this art is that there IS, literally in the art, some Undead monsters! For now, the known ones are [Bone Nezumi], [Temple of the Skull], [Plague Wolf], [Spirit Absorbing Bone Tower], [Goblin Zombie], [Despair from Darkness], [Vampire Genesis], [Dead Spirit - Zoma], and [Dark Spirits of Silence]. Yes...it's REALLY Undead World. Stats/Requirement: Effect: The first effect of this card is that when Undead World is there, everything in Graveyard and field would be drag into it...turning everything into a Zombie. Well, there are just a LOT of uses for this effect... 1. Helping the whole Undead type reviving strategy: Zombie Master turns into a both Graveyard affair (stealing opponent's stuff), [Book of Life] is now TRULY a [Monster Reborn]. The second effect of this card is an "almost" [Sacrifice Restricted Mask]. Although this effect only stop Advanced (Sacrifice) summoning of non-Undead monster, it can as well worded "opponent cannot Advanced Summon" as there may be few Undead monster used in the game currently (and people using this card SHOULD use a deck consist mainly of Undeads). It kills Monarch for those who cares...but does almost nothing to stop Synchro Summon (especially the most popular deck in Japan currently: Synchro-DAD) nor Gladial Beast (does not give a damn the type of the Beast) and Lightlord (they have more low levels anyway). Of course, however, against normal deck, it's just annoyed opponent to hell when he MAY have the material but cannot put any more powerful threats to hurt you. RATING: 8.8/10 OVERALL - 9/10 - This card is just pure elegance, period. Not only it turns everything to an Undead type, which can help the whole Undead strategy a lot while easily hurt opponent, but have the addition of a CRAZY restriction effect that pretty much add more headache to opponent. I wish [Jurassic World] is something lie this, but too bad it's not. Anyway, the only negative about this card is just that right now less people use Advanced Summon so the second effect may not matter much. Also, there are just some cards that depends WAY too much onto this card (but that's not this card's fault), which makes this card more than likely to be destroy. In the end, this thing just helps you to call on your Zombie army AND hurt opponent at same time, and with a nice art, what other score I can give this card? I do not know. If one think they should splash this card into their deck...go on, but this thing is just more suitable in a Undead-heavy deck but pretty much nothing else. |
