This card is face-up on the field b. This card is not sent to Graveyard [Ultimate Insect LV3] v. [Deck Destruction Virus of Death] (G2/KA/SK2/P5): - For the "lower by 300" effect, just say if your opponent have a Dark main-type monster in his/her field with attack 1100-1300, he/she CAN sacrifice that monster as cost of playing [Deck Destruction Virus of Death] ------------------------------------------------- RDS-JP008 Mystic Swordsman LV6 - This card is set to the field in face-down defense mode if its not summon by the means of special summon. - You do not get to confirmed what monster this card destroy by its effect if you choose to return that card to top of opponent's deck. - If [Mystic Swordsman LV6] attack a face-down monster that originally belongs to the owner of that [MS LV6], the "return to top of deck" effect cannot be activate. [Mystic Swordsman LV6] v. [Ceasefire Treaty] (CA/DL1/BE1): - If your opponent chain [Ceasefire Treaty] to this card's attack when attacking monster in f/d defense mode, this card's effect would not be activate ------------------------------------------------- RDS-JP009 Silent Swordsman LV3 - This card's effect would negate opponent's Magic card effect that target, no matter it only target this card or it's muitl-targeting. ------------------------------------------------- RDS-JP010 Penguin Nightmare - "Reverse" is just like "Reverse effect", EXCEPT this card is NOT a Reverse effect monster. - The continuous effect of this card (...increase...200...) would activate as long as this card is face-up on the field. [Penguin Nightmare] v. [Abyss Assassin] (309) You CANNOT search this card, if in Graveyard, by the effect of [Abyss Assassin] (309) [Penguin Nightmare] v. [Ceasefire Treaty] (CA/DL1/BE1) [Ceasefire] cannot negate this card's effect since this card is NOT a "Reverse effect", but would activate "when reverse". -------------------------------------- RDS-JP011 Strong Supporter - Mega Heavy Weapon - This card is little different than other Union monsters, you can use the last effect when the card this card is equipped on is just DESTROY ANY WAY (no matter Monster, Magic, Trap effect or Battle). - This card, when as equipment card, would not be affected by the effect of [Limiter Removal], but, the equipped monster would be, and, when that monster is destroy, this card would be destroyed instead of that one. [SS - MHW] v. [Destruction Ring] (KA/G4/SK2) When this card's is an equipment card to a Machine monster, and your opponent activate [Destruction Ring], this card would be destroy, yet, the result damage is 0. [SS - MHW] v. [Limiter Removal] (TB/DL1/BE1/SK2) Instead of that monster being destroy, [SS - MHW] would be destroy. Also, the monster's attack would stay "double up" even after your end phase. [SS - MHW] v. [Reflect Bounder] (304) If [Reflect Bounder] is equip with [SS - MHW], when [Reflect] gets attack, it would not be destroy ("Destroy by effect"), instead, [SS - MHW] would be destroy, since the effect CAN be activate since [Reflect]'s own effect destroy itself at the end of damage calculation, NOT DURING. [SS - MHW] v. [DNA Surgery] (CA/DL1/BE1) If [DNA Surgery] was destroy for some reason and you have equip [SS - MHW] to a monster where it originally is NOT a Machine sub-type monster, [SS - MHW] would destroy automatically. -------------------------------------- RDS-JP012 Perfect Machine King Currently no ruling available. -------------------------------------- RDS-JP013 Element Magician - The "Wind" effect: Even if you destroy your opponent's Wind main-type monster that this card "gain its effect" from, this card may still attack one more time. [Element Magician] v. [Enemy Controller] Just say, if your opponent sacrifice his/her Water main-type monster on the field to "gain control" of your [Element Magician] by [Enemy Controller]'s effect, the effect of this card of (...not change control...) does not activate, thus, it's legal for your opponent to do that. -------------------------------------- RDS-JP014 Element Zaurus Currently no ruling available. -------------------------------------- RDS-JP015 Big Mysterious Bird of Foggy Valley - This card's effect would activate even if it's in middle of effects since this card's effect is NOT optional. -------------------------------------- RDS-JP016 Samurai of One-Hit Kill - This card's effect is activate before damage calculation, thus... a. If the effect is success, your opponent's monster would be destroy AT THAT MOMENT b. The monster's effect that trigger by "destroy in battle" would not be activate. [Samurai of OTK] v. [Reflect Bounder] This card's effect activate before [Reflect Bounder], thus, the effect of [Reflect Bounder] would not be activate if this card successfully activate the effect against it. -------------------------------------- RDS-JP017 Harpy Lady 1 - You may include only up to three of [Harpy Lady], [Harpy Lady SB], [Harpy Lady 1], [Harpy Lady 2], [Harpy Lady 3] in your deck since the first lane of text is LIKE the effect of [Atlantis]. - This card's effect affect both player -------------------------------------- RDS-JP018 Harpy Lady 2 - You may include only up to three of [Harpy Lady], [Harpy Lady SB], [Harpy Lady 1], [Harpy Lady 2], [Harpy Lady 3] in your deck since the first lane of text is LIKE the effect of [Atlantis]. -------------------------------------- RDS-JP019 Harpy Lady 3 - You may include only up to three of [Harpy Lady], [Harpy Lady SB], [Harpy Lady 1], [Harpy Lady 2], [Harpy Lady 3] in your deck since the first lane of text is LIKE the effect of [Atlantis]. [Harpy Lady 3] v. [Book of Moon]/[Sub Space Matter Transfer Device] Just say your opponent declare attack by one of his/her monster, and it destroy this card, so, this card's effect would be activate, which that card cannot attack during next 2 battle phase. BUT it would "restart" if that monster leaves the field or change its mode to f/d defense mode. -------------------------------------- RDS-JP020 Reversed Spirit of Flame - This card's attack strength would reset everytime that it would change to face-down defense mode or leaves the field. [RSoF] v. [Heaven Judgment] (RDS) This card's effect cannot be negate by [Judgment of Sky], since it is continuous effect. [RSoF] v. [Twins Sword of Spark - Twice] (304) If this card is equipped with [Twin Swords], this card's attack strength would increase by 1000 for each successful attack, or, just say this card have 100 ATK originally, it would be 1100 ATK strength if you choose to attack the second time by effect of [Twin Swords], and would be 2100 ATK at the end if both attacks were successful. -------------------------------------- RDS-JP021 Fire Emperor - Testaros - If this card effect would discard a monster card that would not stay in the Graveyard (or trigger to go to field/deck if sent from hand like [Revive Mummy]), damages would still be done. - This card effect would ONLY activate if a monster card would be send to GRAVEYARD, but not remove from the game. [Testaros] v. [Hellish Trap Door Gun] (301/EE1) [HTDG] CAN be activate when the damages are dealt to you. -------------------------------------- RDS-JP022 Eagle Eye, RDS-JP023 The Gorgeous Inflitrating Worker, RDS-JP024 Invading Flame, RDS-JP025 Concealed Approaching Devil Manta - This cards' effect is not continuous, it only applies at the moments when that card is being successfully summon, or, your opponent cannot chain Trap cards to this card's summon unless it's a Counter Trap. -------------------------------------- RDS-JP026 Dark World Warrior - Warwolf, RDS-JP027 Mirage Dragon Currently No ruling available. -------------------------------------- RDS-JP028 Explosive Flame Union Body - Gaia Soul - You can sacrifice both face-up and face-down monster for this card's first effect - The trample effect is a continuous effect. - The destruction effect ONLY APPLIES at end phases when this card is face-up on the field. - The "end phase" means any player's end phase, not just yours. [Gaia Soul] v. [Sub-Space Matter Transfer Device] (304/EE1) This card would not be destroy at the end phase of the turn you use [SSMTD]. -------------------------------------- RDS-JP029 Fox Fire Currently No ruling available. -------------------------------------- RDS-JP030 Giant Battleship - Big Core - The Counter that would be put onto this card are not "Magic Counters", so, you cannot use effect that would add Magic counters on cards to add counters on this card (e.g. [Apprentice Magician]) -------------------------------------- RDS-JP031 Transformable Mechanical Beast - Cannon Dragon - You can set this monster on the field by not sacrificing monster, but, even you did, the defense when turn face-up would only be 1000. - The stats of 2800/2000 is apply for any effect about "original attack and defense". [TMB - CD] v. [Book of Moon] (PH/DL5/BE2)/[Moon Diviner] (305/EE1) - If this card is face-down by [Book of Moon] or [Moon Diviner]'s effect when this card is Normal Summon by the effect, you CAN Reversed Summon this monster and gain the stats of 2800/2000. [TMB - CD] v. [Book of Moon]/[Moon Diviner] v. [Sealing Swords of Light] If this card is flip face-down by effect, when it would got flip face-up by the effect of [Sealing Swords of Light], its stats would be 2800/2000 [TMB - CD] v. [Sub-Space Matter Transfer Device] (304/EE1) - If this card is remove from game by [Sub-Space Matter Transfer Device], when it came back, the attack would be 2800/2000 NO MATTER how you summon it. [TMB - CD] v. [Time Machine] - If you chain [Time Machine] when this card is destroy in battle, no matter how you summon it, when it is "return back", this card's stats would be 2800/2000. [TMB - CD] v. [Skill Drain] - If [Skill Drain] is on the field, this card's stats would become 2800/2000 NO MATTER how you summon it. - After [Skill Drain] is destroy, this card's stats would STAY to be 2800/2000. -------------------------------------- RDS-JP032 Magic Equip Machine Car - D51 - The number of [Magical Goods Transport Train - B51] include your opponent's field. -------------------------------------- RDS-JP033 Trap Treating Group - A Team Current no ruling. -------------------------------------- RDS-JP034 Alchemy Creature - Homukrus - If this card is flip face-down, and then you flip it back face-up, no matter if you choose to activate the effect yet or not, you can activate the effect once again. -------------------------------------- RDS-JP035 Dragon Knight of Dark Realm - Dark Sword Current no ruling. -------------------------------------- RDS-JP036 King Moke Moke - This card's effect can activate at any time that you have the priority - If this card would be destroy in the middle of a chain or effect, this card's effect would not be activate due to the "missing timing rule" of optional effect. -------------------------------------- RDS-JP037 Serial Magic - If this card is not in "Continuous chain" to the Normal Magic card (or, your opponent react to the first activation), this card cannot be activate - You do not have to pay the cost of the Normal Magic card you "copy" for this card's effect. Just say, you pay 1000 lifepoints to activate [Confiscation], if you chain this card to [Confiscation], you DON'T have to pay 1000 again (but you have to discard your hand). - If there're two effects on a Normal Magic, and if you chain this card to that Normal Magic, you would only get to use the effect already chosen, or in other words, you cannot choose again - If the Normal Magic cards target cards, you can choose another target if you chain [Serial Magic] to it. Just say, if you use [Reincarnation of Dead] on your [Exodia Head], when you chain this card to [RoD], you can get another monster, and IT DO NOT have to be the same [Exodia Head]. [Serial Magic] v. [Sealing Swords of Light] Even if this card is chain to activation of [SSoL], the effect of [SSoL] would only still last for 3 turns, and this card would be put into Graveyard after activation instead of staying on the field like [SSoL]. -------------------------------------- RDS-JP038 Harpy's Hunting Range - This card's effect apply to both player no matter who control it, or, even if your opponent summon/special summon a [Harpy Lady] or [Harpy Lady's Triplet], he/she would get to use the effect of this card (destroy a Magic/Trap card) even if you control this card. - You have the priority to destroy an opponent's Magic or Trap card, but, your opponent canN chain card to the summon even if it is chosen to be destroy. -------------------------------------- RDS-JP039 Triangle Ecstasy Spark - You cannot activate this card if there's not a [Harpy Lady's Triplet] on the field. You cannot activate card "pre-emptively" in this game, you must fulfill and complete all the effects instruct in the card. - If there're muitlple [Harpy Lady's Triplet] on the field, the first effect affect all of them. - If Trap card's effect is already apply before this card is use (or chain to this card's use), the effect would still apply for however long that effect would last. [Triangle Ecstasy Spark] v. [Executioner Maykura] - Your opponent can still activate cards from his/her hand if it's legal to do so since this card does not said he/she cannot do that. -------------------------------------- RDS-JP040 Give and Theft Necklace Current no ruling. -------------------------------------- RDS-JP041 Machine Duplication Technique - The monster would be chosen at the time of activation of this card, so, no matter what happen to that chosen monster at the chain after this card's is activate, the special summoning would still occur. [MDT] v. [DNA Surgery] If [DNA Surgery] is use to change all monsters to Machine, this card's can still choose a monster and special summon them from your deck as long as it have 500 attack strength or less during the time of activation. -------------------------------------- RDS-JP042 Flint - The "Chose another target" effect is NOT OPTIONAL, so, as long as there's (are) monster(s) on the field, you must choose one of them and equip this card on that monster (even if only you have monsters on the field) -------------------------------------- RDS-JP043 Angry Moke Moke - As long as the effect of this card would be activate, even if a [Mokemoke] is summon afterward, that [Mokemoke] would still get this card's effect. ------------------------------------- RDS-JP044 Starting Point Current no ruling. -------------------------------------- RDS-JP045 Reincarnation of Dead Current no ruling. -------------------------------------- RDS-JP046 Big Castle Wall Destructing Spear - The attack strength would be increase at and only during Damage Step. -------------------------------------- RDS-JP047 Weight Reduction - You and your opponent must confirmed you shuffle a monster to your deck with level 7 or higher, or in other words, you must show your opponent the card you want to shuffle in before you shuffle that card back into your deck. -------------------------------------- RDS-JP048 Retreat of Evil Air - If there're no face-up Continuous Trap card on the field, you cannot activate this card. -------------------------------------- RDS-JP049 Tragedy of Guillotine - You can chain this card to activation of cards that change modes of monster from attack to f/u defense, like [Enemy Controller], [Level B Restriction Zone], and [Curse of Anubis]. - This card cannot activate during Damage Calculation Step -------------------------------------- RDS-JP050 Heaven Judgment - This card can only activate anytime when monster ability/effect is activate except for Continuous Effect (e.g. [Android - Psycho Shocker]) - This card can negate any activate effect even from hand or Graveyard. [Heaven Judgment] v.
